So, I have changed my POLICE2 to the Dodge Charger 2015 RT. But if I call for backup then the call ends I can see a unit, code 3 not able ot move tires and everything is fine. If I try to drive it, all good.

I use a mod folder;

I changed the vehicle in x64e.rpf in my mods folder, I don't know if I done it in-correctly if I have please inform me to the greatest regard.

The car will spawn, lets say I killed the suspect, if I drive down the road there will be a Buffalo not the SRT for some reason not being able to move.

With its lights and siren on.

Yeah try that, I know it's a trainer option that causes this so turn all that off.
