The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi guys

I'm using rph 0.23 and when I load it up the console doesn't open for me and lspdfr works but only some thing for example I can't force callouts or I can't accept callouts or the sirens won't turn off but I can pull over vehicles 

and all other rph versions either work once and then keep crashing and then later they start up once and start to crash again
