Either use a trainer (Simple Trainer for example) and spawn the cars via the addon cars subsection or press F4 and enter "spawn LSSD7" (without the ""). -

LSPDFR callout plugins are not designed to work with FiveMs engine. Same goes for any LSPDFR/RPH plugin. What you're looking for is FivePD. Since this is not the website for FiveM, you might have issues finding somebody who can help you. There might be valuable resources on their website or their official discord server.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I have a few questions regarding the compatibility of LSPDFR callouts with FiveM. We're planning to create a completely PvE server where players can do patrols together and accept PvE callouts cooperatively. Is it possible to have this setup on a customized FiveM server? Any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, since I'm new to this, if anyone has a detailed tutorial on how to set up a FiveM server, it would be incredibly helpful. We're looking to create this server to play with friends and would appreciate any resources or advice you can provide. Thank you in advance for your help! -

Install CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll into main GTAV folder and try again. Latest one you can find in CalloutInterface archive or it's provided with JM Callouts Remastered. If it'll still crashing send new log.
