I pulled over some car randomly,it appeared so,that the driver was using stollen card and was wanted by LSPD,and also he had drugs in car,alchocol over limit,and was speeding a little bit and running past red light.I stopped him over and asked him to leave vehicle,he left and started walking,i pointed gun and tazer and kept pressing E but nothing happend.He didnt show as a suspect or anything
