which steps will i need to follow in order to learn how to mod a car in gta 4 . can someone please share your experience and your advice/guides for someone who do not know how to mod , but really want to learn modding . Sharing is better than knowing it alone. and how do you learn or master it . is it by reading the tutorial / video or self taught

    By mod do you mean create your own vehicle? Or just change the color / add vinyls to an already existing vehicle? Also, no need to double post, someone will reply when they have an answer for you.
