CVPI Livery not working

So I've been working on an unmarked CVPI and I got everything to work but if I want to have 2 liveries on the car, it won't let me change it because when I get in game it says -1 which means that there isn't a livery set. I don't know if it's my car or the trainer. But I'm lost at this point.

Yeah, Windows is great… I used it to download Linux.
