No Information About Calls

hello, so my game loads just fine, but when I am in game it does not show what calls are coming up. Also it is not showing a persons name or license plate number when I open the computer in car. this is what my ragehook.ini looks like

I am not sure what else to go on. if some one could point me in the right direction that would be awesome thanks.

Go into your game settings under Notifications and turn phone notifications on. That's how LSPDFR displays callouts and information about a person or vehicle you've looked up.
