i need to open the console to use police radio but its not letting me open it f4 isnt working plz help.

To make the console pop up when pressing F4, open up the "RAGEPluginHook.ini" and add the following to it:

[Miscellaneous]
IsDeveloperModeEnabled=True
PluginTimeoutThreshold=10000
ConsoleKey=F4
AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False
IsDeveloperModeEnabled=False
WarnOnPluginLoad=false
ShowOnScreenWarnings=True
