OpenIV, Compressed files not working, help?

Hi

For some reason every time I add my texture mods into OpenIV it says Compressed; in the Attributes column and I can't do anything with it.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or if there is a way to fix it that would be great, I can't seem to find anything online about it.
