Please give your RagePluginHook.log, a screenshot of your main directory, and also your system specs.

Try uninstalling LSPD:FR fully and get a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V and follow these steps:

  1. Delete all files that are in your installation zip folder eg. lspdfr[Version].zip out of your Grand Theft Auto V Root Directory
  2. Launch GTAV normally
  3. Install the newest version of LSPD:FR and include all folders and .dll files into the ROOT DIRECTORY
  4. Launch GTAV normally
  5. Open up RagePluginHook.exe while GTAV is running normally in the background (To get out of the game press LControl + LShift + Escape and it should minimize the game)
  6. Load up LSPD:FR (Press F4, Type in "LoadPlugin LSPD First Responce.dll" (Without Quotes))
  7. Do what you normally do to go on duty.
  8. You should hear your sounds
  9. If not Try turning up your computer sounds
  10. If Step 9 doesn't work Restart all steps. (Or Reply to this post)
