Terrorist acts and demonstrations

I have suggestion about callouts...

Terrorist act

In some place of Los Santos (Wealthy districts) spawn 5-7 terrorist, armed with melee weapons and molotov cocktails. They attack everything and ewerybody they see within one or two minutes. Then scatter in different directions.

Demonstrarion

 In specific fixed position as a bank robbery spawned many-many people, Around them, 16 (Or more) NOOSE soldiers with nightstivcks and two "Police Riots". At the head of the leader with a megaphone. The player can enter into negotiations with him, then will come the car and that person will go to the meeting with the governor of the state. Or simple  give special forces ordered to attack crowd at once.

If you chose the negotiations, forr some time after that it will be necessary to control the situation at the demonstration. The following outcomes:
1) Negotiations with the governor were successful. All odds.
2) The negotiations with the governor failed, the crowd went on the attack.
3) Negotiations with the governor delayed, the outcome is random.
4) Appears provocateur with a weapon, and if it does not detect in time starts firing at the crowd and the special forces, provoking the slaughter and hides.
