Suggestion for future update: unconciousness

Hi there i'm new to the forums but not the mod. I just wanna apologise for my english, but i'll do as good as i can to explain my mod suggestion.

Alright, something that really would make the game very cool in MANY different areas is peds/Ai and even the player do be able to hit a state called unconciouss or black out. I don't know if GTA have Gforce measurements but if it have, how hard would this be to make possible? Think like this, you are police officer in a chase.. you ram/pit the suspect vehicle in front pf you in 90 mph, the suspect vehicle take air and have and intense crash because of this. We have all seen it, it's awesome but doesnt really change the game alot. The suspect no matter how hard the freaking accident is.. continues to drive from you until the vehicle is out of use oe you get them to a full stop. This is where the mod should come in and do some realism for you. The crash makes the suspect black out, calculated on the gforce the accident made.. giving him a random sec or minute of black out. This gives the officer the chance to pull them out of the vehicle .. if the cop didnt black out in the crash too ofc ;).  Face it, this would be really cool and realistic.. you can now pit in a very strategic way.. trying to make the susp black out. I wonder how this mod would make it cool for other game types, like paramedic mods and such. Also from now when you really have an accident.. everyone in it will not just ignore what happend and flee.. they sill stand still.. some have black outs and such. Maybe paramedics AI react on black out when it activates just like murder? Then they will arrive on accident scene if the accident was bad enough. I hope you understand me, hence my english! Take care
