Hey,

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen this amazing, beautiful, and meaningful picture?

I am a law enforcement advocate, and tend to take pictures of law enforcement if possible.

I asked many of my photoshopping friends to see if they know what theme this is called if there is one?

I wanted to see if there is a tutorial out there to teach how to make a theme like this.

It's simply amazing!
