hii i have problem when i stun some one after he get out of the car and run he fall and then when he go up again he stop and dont do anything(stuck) i cant arrest him or nothing the only thing i can do its to kill him (or i will have red dot till i will end my shift is there a way to fix it ? 

It seems to be a problem when you try arresting someone who is still in "ragdoll" mode. Before pressing E while aiming, wait until they get fully back on their feet, and when they take a step to run, try arresting them.
