The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So after i pick a characacter in the mod i clicki the continue option to then select a car but that loading screen lasts forever. I havent had this problem before but for some reason it is happening now. If anyone know a solution to this please let me know.

Either try waiting it out or: 

press enter during the loading screen
