is there an option to make the in game time be the same as the real life time, because that would be really cool to patrol in real life time, and more realistic.

I saw some addons like that but those are not for rage plugin hook.

If you're running LSPDFR, then it has the native trainer along with it where you hit F4 then when you have the menu, goto 'TIME' and you can actually link your computer time with in game time and ta-da!! Suddenly your GTA day just got longer, I use it to make night last longer/lock in the night time, the ELS lighting and night life is so much cooler.
