The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I only have LSPDFR and Rage installed, I installed the microsoft thing and Rage launches into the game, then freezes in a black loading screen in the intro, any ideas?

Hmm, I think I know the problem, do you have OpenIV installed? If so have you installed ASI loader and OpenIV.asi? If not I recommend you install it, and follow the instructions on the OpenIV website, a lot of people make this mistake including me, but I fixed it. If it still doesn't work let me know and I can come with another solution.
