The Met/British Police

Hey all,

In LCPDFR and GTAIV I was really into playing the British way with British Ped uniforms and battenburg police cars. Is there anyone that could either texture a cop car, texture a ped or create any british sirens like the examples found below or even let me know how?

If anyone could just texture an existing patrol car to a battenburg skin like this that would be great!
