So I updated from a 2010 ATI Radeon 5600 to an AMD Radeon 5670 because I was having GPU issues. So the GPU issues are resolved but now the game is lagging REALLY bad. Like not even when i'm even playing. It's lagging during the loading screen and even before that

And rolling back my driver is not an option

    should be able to google the driver that worked best and reinstall it just say yes install older driver if it ask gl i also lagging out but after a call or just like five ten minutes i can cant after that
