Hi guys so I decided to make my own license plate mod today, i managed to figure out how to and created my very own custom plate. Anyways, I noticed that there was no "Import" button in the vehicles.rpf file I opened in OpenIV so I couldn't replace the plate01.png i have edited, if you guys know how to fix my problem, please reply, it will be much appreciated and thanks.

Nevermind, I found a texture toolkit to import the .png, thanks anyway.
