Question: How do I install this?

Statement: I've created the 'scripts' folder and put the .dll folder inside

Continued... I also pasted the .dll to: Plugins via Rage.

Dispite the controls, I start the game ALSO VIA RAGE. and I loaded in  as a storymode (Single Player.) I had my hopes up as I was very lucky to have LSPDFR 1.0D Up, and running. I pressed the numpad dot aka (Also Known As) Decimal. And hey pres... What have I done Wrong? I thought to myself. "I have  everything I need; But, but! It wouldnt work.

You don't need to put the file in the Plugins folder as it doesn't use the Rage Plugin Hook. It needs to be in the Scripts folder. You also need to make sure that you have Script Hook V and Script Hook V .NET inside your main GTA V directory. As long as you have both of these then it should work. 

 

By the way, congrats on making a very colourful piece of work! I really like the yellow.

A very good 'thank you' to 'ATHSRO' dispite the fact that he/she dislikes Taylor Swift, but I'm not going that direction.
