After I installed 0.1e, I noticed that after I go on duty and select my vehicle, I go from 80 fps, to below 40 fps and it becomes very erratic, sometimes dropping below 5 fps.

 

To test it, I loaded up the game and before going on duty or starting any scripts/plugins, I drove around the map for 10 minutes. I maintained 70-80 fps the entire time. But as soon as I go on duty, massive fps loss.

Might just be coding bugs don't forget it's a beta

same as me, but i removed Player Locations mod now my fps is fixed

I had the opposite effect happen to me. Since the latest patch on the Steam version (with or without modifications) I was experiencing intense micro stuttering if my framerate went above 45fps (the game typically runs between 58 and 60 fps w/ vsync enabled) and the game was basically unplayable for me unless I used a framerate limit to keep my fps from going above 45. Since using LSPDFR, I have absolutely no micro stuttering so I don't know if it has anything to do with the Ragehook plugin or if LSPDFR disables the online mode (e.g. launches the game offline) as it was my understand that Rockstars new anti-cheat detection was causing performance issues. Either way, I'm happy that I'm back to smooth performance again!

I was having frame rate drops, and stuttering. It's a really simple fix.

When in game, and the frame drops... ALT + TAB to desk top... then go back to the game you just ALT TAB from and boom!

LSPDFR 0.1e is causing massive fps drops.

Same here fps drops and it isn't my system
