The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have two small issues with LSPDFR 

The two topics are:

Traffic stop Suspect doesn't pull over all the way, Yes I know about the horn.

Secondly whenever I answer a callout, I try to arrest someone and They get caught in a animation for example, Trying to kneel but pops back up in a loop, however When I arrest a person on the street it's fine.

When arresting a bugged player in a loop. don't move, hit "e" on them but don't move the mouse. Sometimes this works. You can also bump them and I think they stop being stupid.
