The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can we have some details? Do you start the game using ragehook.exe, Do you use anything other than ragehook and LSPD:FR, have you edited any of the files yourself? Things such as these will help people reading this have a bit more background into your configuration.
