Hey guys!

After struggling for hours to solve the issue mentionned in the title this is how I solved the game crashing on the R* logo.

STEP UNO

BEFORE unzipping the file downloaded from lcpdfr.com. Right click on it -> Properties -> Unblock

STEP DUES

Put all the files in the V folder.

STEP TRESS

This is important and mentionned nowhere else. Launch Windows Update and Instal all the required updates!

STEP QUATTRO

Launch the game and enjoy!
