Ok i need some help when i hit F4 nothing pops up the console does not show up how do i fix this do i need to download anything or type anything into any file?

Does the game freeze when you hit F4? I have that issue where I can't see the console but the game freezes so I can blindly type stuff in, think its because of the low resolution I have to use.. if that is the case I am not sure what the fix is.. however, if the game doesn't freeze when you hit F4, check your RagePluginHook.ini file and in it under the plugintimeoutthreshold, should be ConsoleKey=F4.. if that isn't in there then just type it just like that ConsoleKey=F4 and that should work!

Right, under the Plugin Timeout Threshold should be ConsoleKey=F4

i will add it in and see what happens there is nothing there

I've found several solutions. It might be that you have to install those 2 Microsoft Drivers to make RPH to even work.
