I Am Currently Trying to Install LCPDFR 1.1 Everytime i Install LCPDFR And Open The Diagnosist Tool It Sais i Cannot open Because i Do Not Have microsoft net frame 4.5 I Do not have microsoft Net Frame at all , everytime i Try to install it it Sais it's Already Part of this operating System But LCPDFR Dosnt Reconise It, Does Anyone know how to Fix This? Im Currently On Windows 8.1 I Have everything else installed besides Microsoft net frame 4.5 Please Help Thank you.

​Hi mike! Your situation seems a little odd, but has a simple fix. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653 and then click download. Follow the steps on screen until it fully downloads. Then try installing LCPDFR again, it should work just fine. If something doesn't work, then please tell me. I prefer that you be as detailed as possible so I can help you to the best of my ability. Have fun with LCPDFR!
