I have seen a video on Youtube where a PS4 user puts LSPD uniform on Micheal and he wouldn't get any stars shooting around or doing illegal things.

 

Is it possible to do that on PC ?

 

Also, I'd like to know if there are any mods that let you get out of a car while the engine is still running. It would be cool since the cop cars strobe lights would be still flashing
