Can Somebody Make a High Quality PED clothing Request?

I'm looking for a sheriff vest as described below. I would like the Berrien County Patch somewhere you would see fit . My sheriff for my town are all brown so see what u can think of because your the modeler not me.I have enclosed pictures can't seem to find any in high quality on the site .... Looking for someone with the patience to detail at making Peds. If possible  make a local pd of my town with the st. joseph badge.
