Weird lightbar bug

Featured Replies

Hi

I'm working on a CVPI and I'm having like a really weird and annoying bug. So when far away from the cruiser, the light bar just scales to the size I imported it into Zmodeler and when I'm close to the car, the light bar is perfectly normal (see screenshots). I had the same problem with a Tahoe I made but I thought it was just a model bug but this is the second time I'm having this problem.

I hope someone has a solution for this because it's pretty annoying.

Thanks

If you've already scaled and placed the lightbar on the car that should have been done with the lightbar_L0, so use the copy feature in zmodeler to just copy that twice, youll be there all day if you try to scale the lightbar to the exact same as the first one twice.

just make sure before you select the lightbar that you select the L1's and L2's (just select everything thats not selected in the lightbar file) and then scale it, otherwise you will have that problem

Yeah for future refrence thats what you should do, as far as not doing it now though its an easy fix, as long as the ELS mapped lights are the size of the one you already scaled. From the looks of that picture theyre still huge from when you imported it into zmodeler, if thats the case your going to have to scale that down to the lightbar also, but make sure you select the L1 and L2 of that so you dont run into the same problem.
