ok so under TIME look at REAL TIME DURATION and see if it is enabled. if it is disable it and see if it changes

I lowered the light intensity on everything but it didn't seem to do anything. I just put my back-up files back in the game so that got rid of the enb and fixed the brightness issue, thanks for the help.
