problems with dsound.dll and not working for xlive.dll

when i install lcpdfr .95 the gta 4 game runs fine on xlive but when i go on duty i can't seem to pull over people and write them a ticket nor do i go up to the drivers window and say something it just does not work. but when i install lcpdfr .95 and select dsound.dll the game loads but when i get to the intro windows live pop's up and ask me to sign in where i thought dsound.dll whould take care of it. so the prombles are with xlive.dll no text with dsound.dll windows live problem and yes i tryed all the steps i spent many times reviewing the tourtorial video and fallowed the steps but it just doesn't work so i'm asking for your help plz in anyway....

Are you using a crack for gta

If you have a legitimate copy of gta then signing in with windows live should be no problem

If you have a pirated copy then please go jump.

If it was true that you followed ALL the steps. In the troublesgooter and the stickies then your post would include the information asked for .
