i cant this to work right got debug log can someone help

gta starts just fine loads up to game with no problems. but when in game go to go on duty nothing happens! but some of the number pad commands work and i can get the radio and the coffie cup . ive tried everything listed in the troubleshooting. but now i dont know what to do can someone please help???
