sorry if this is not lcpdfr related but i need help on why is my gta 4 lagging when i first launch the game i can't even get to the character loading screen it only moves about a inch.

Last time it was not like this but now i'm suffering from this lag it occures last time when i install

a classic lcpd car from .com someone please help!
