Settings in LCPDFR config not saving

I had to reinstall LCPDFR and when I ran the config to set the game up how I like it, the settings will not save, example I have the transporter scenes disabled and they still keep happening when I take someone to the station. I have done reloadsettings in game and it just says "invalid entry readsettings". I tried it 5 times to make sure I didnt spell anything wrong but that didnt help... Also since I did the reinstall bravehearts policing script no longer gives me calls, I go on duty and nothing ever pops up... Any ideas?
