TBoGT keeps freezing/crashing!

I've been playing GTA IV with LCPDFR for quite a bit and thought that I needed a change for a bit, so I went out, bought episodes of liberty city, installed it etc. I got ICEnhancer and LCPDFR installed with an unmarked FIB Buffalo with ELS and started doing patrols. Since I even installed LCPDFR the game has been contentiously crashing over and over again freezing etc. What is the solution to dim these down a bit?
