Shots fired calls?

Featured Replies

Dear community,

I hardly ever have issues with LCPD:FR 1.0. For that I would like to thank and congratulate the G17 Team and Members! Although recently, I have encountered an issue. About 90% of the time, when I accept a shots fired call, once I approach the marked yellow circle, my game would crash instantly. I was wondering if maybe there is a fix for this, or just ignoring the shots fired calls...Those calls seem to be the most interesting in my case haha!

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Welcome to the forum Chris :)

In order to assist you further, could you copy and paste the logs from your GTA IV root directory (advancedhook, scripthook, lcpdfr)

Also, could you let us know your system specs, and any mods you have installed

Sure thing!

Scripts i have are...

  • ALPR
  • Auto-Wash
  • LCPDFR Loader
  • Less Overtake
  • POE
  • Policing
  • PvP Wanted
  • Radar.net
  • Spike strips
  • Spotlight
  • vdH K9
  • vdH Police Helper
  • vdH Tow service

Computer Specs ..

Processor : AMD A6-5400 APU With Radeon HD graphics 3.60 GHz

RAM : 6.00 GB

64 BIT

Windows 8

My initial advice would be to perhaps cut down the mods a little, as 6gig RAM isnt a whole lot to work with, especially with all those mods installed. Try uninstalling any car packs, you have, and only modding police vehicles for the time being, and maybe get rid of some of those scripts you're using, as they may be conflicting somehow.

The logs you've posted don't seem to show anything out of the ordinary, as far as I can tell.

Okay, thank you for the advice, which mods do you think i should remove? I'm using a clan pack, and the cars have been tested so have the peds so im not thinking thats what the problem is.

The vdh scripts are a good place to start.
