So I've been working on a newer explorer & have been trying to use the new ford interceptor hubcaps but they've been bugged & kinda messed up. I was wondering if anyone has used these hubcaps before and know how to fix them, they flash (as if sun is on them, even when there is no sun) when driving and almost loose their shape dependent upon camera angle.

If you compare the front & back hubcaps they are somewhat messed up, I've been told by Vertex that it's a materials issue & tried to follow his advice but I haven't found any change. Has anyone had this problem with this hubcap or any other hubcap/wheel?

 

This is a hugely vital part to my project and has been a big thorn in my side so if anyone can lend me a hand I'd be really grateful.
