Hiya, guysn I've just recently installed GTA IV and immediatly decided to install LCPDFR and ELS later. The game works perfect with LCPDFR, but when I installed ELS, it just does not seem to want to work... I reinstalled it a few times, and the problem is that I do not have the light bars on my stock cars anymore (I did get around to finding new models).. I can see the lights (at night) flashing, but no light bars.. 

Do you guy have a solution for me?

If you're using the standard GTA IV police cars, then they won't work with ELS. Only ELS enabled vehicles will work with ELS. Try looking in the downloads section on this site for a car that you like, then install it, and it should fix your issue (I've found the GTA V Police packs are the most stable for me)
