when I installed this and checked the installation the logfile bar turned red. it said see report for more detail. I don't even see the report so how do I fix this.

The report should be in the same folder as your LCPDFR Diagnostics tool. Make sure you close down the Diagnostic tool properly as i found if I didn't. a report file wasn't made

i did that but i dont see anything. Also there arent any log files in there.

Your log files will be in your GTAIV root directory. 

The report will be called 'diagnostics_' followed by a group of numbers.

 

All you should have to do is, open the tool, check your installation, then double click on where it says there were errors in the log, then close the tool, and a report should be made.
