Req. North Carolina skins

Featured Replies

I'm looking for two new skins for a few cars IM aiming to have my favorite NC skins I have some awesome skins from Officer Wade did an awesome job.

Looking for North Carolina State Troopers and Kannapolis NC Police Department But the silver as the base color since they are turning to that and not white. Also instead of it saying Kannapolis and NC troopers I would like them to be liberty state troopers and liberty police.

I have the models I use in game.

Only reason I want these models I have skins I have a skin made with them already. North Carolina uses straight blue lights but that Cvpi pack has red and blue. I don't know if they are able to change I'm new to the skin thing.
