Hi,

I am a new player of lcpdfr and have been playing for a few days now.

I have been having issues with the taser, being that I've never actually seen it because I can't get it out and have spent hours trying to fix it.

Originally my GTA had a number of mods including ENB/ICenhancer, ultimatetextures v20, Viva New york, ELS, Police car mods, Policing script, trafficflow, IVDashcam, Realgunsoundeffects.

I assumed there may be an incompatibility with one of the mods so I did a fresh install, but it still doesn't work.

 

So now, I have tried all of these things:

• Complete reinstall of GTA
• Only installing lcpdfr and vDH police station on fresh install
• Pressing T/Alt+ T during the following: with gun drawn, with fists, aiming at person with fists, aiming at person with gun, when person resists arrest
• Attempting to get taser out during an incident/resisting arrest
• Tried with 'render holstered taser on player' on and off
• Tried with automatic and manual installations of lcpdfr
• Tried with fresh install of lcpdfr, then tried modifying taser manually

It might be of note, during these adventures I was looking at lcpdfr's models.img with sparkIV, and the lcpdfr_taser.wdr (model file) didn't seem to be rendered in sparkIV's model preview screen. I checked the vanilla models with sparkIV and they appeared in the preview screen. I'm thinking there may be a corrupt model file in my installation or something.

 

Is there anyone who has it working that could provide their model.img file?

Turns out I missed the part where you can install the taser manually into the games weapons.img file. Doing that managed to fix it and I can now pull out the taser.

Your game have the latest version of GTA IV,LCPDFR or EFLC?(if you use)
