I start a new game where you helping your coussin this is a story to follow. When I press alt+p i can go on duty but when i leave my coussinscar or go into a policestation the game stops, saying youre leaving ......the name of the cousin) and the game start again sitting in the car with the coussin. I hav a attachment. I am living in Holland so my English is not good.

You need to complete that mission first before you can play the mod. After taking you're cousin around he takes you to a safe house. After that you can leave the safe house, go down the street and there is a police station where you can go on duty.

I am just assuming you are trying to play the mod while you're on the first mission, as it seems what you are describing.
