Hi!
I have never had this problem before. Game and the LCPDFR (latest version) starts fine but while in duty and I am pressing a button like E (to access LCPDFR PC) or responding for a call-out with Y and/or N the whole game freezes for about 15 seconds. This kind of problem do I have whit every action I can make in LCPDFR including stopping a vehicle (shift button) and so on. What could it depend on?
 

I re-installed everything but this problem is still there. I even tried with adding the command for GTAIV shortcut:
 

-norestrictions -nomemrestrict
