GTA 4 Crashes on Save Load

Hey Guys,

I installed LCPDFR 1.0d (HF) a couple weeks ago. A few days ago, not knowing better, while on duty, I drove to my safehouse in a cruiser, parked it in a spot, and saved. The next time I started the game, my character briefly appeared, hovering in mid-air and then disappeared. Then game then promptly jumped back to the loading screen, loaded a bit and then crashed. Realizing my mistake I deleted all of the Rockstar Games Appdata folder and the one located in "Documents." However, the problem persisted without even a slight change in behavior. One time, when I rejected the use of a GFWL profile, it let me play for a bit. However, when I tried this again, the aforementioned problem reoccurred and has only reoccurred since. I use steam, have EFLC installed, and use GFWL. Thanks.
