Its an amazing game, I played it a long time ago. I tried to install it on my new computer last week but apparently the older C&C games have some sort of conflict with Windows 8.

The whole Command & Conquer franchise is epic, I'm a huge fan. I grew up playing the first Red Alert as a kid and I've loved the all of the C&C games from that point on. Back then, gameplay was key and not fancy graphics with half-assed storylines like most modern games.

maybe xwis might be able to help i used to do that in order to play online which is alot of fun but no one is ever one but post in their forums they might be able to help. but also have you tried to run as windows xp i mean i got red alert 1 to run on windows 2000 somehow years ago
