GTA-Universe has shut down

So, I recently found out that GTA-Universe had shut down and a new site had been created to replace it. The new site is called frostbite-gaming and personally I think it is nowhere near as good as GTA-Universe was. Therefore I was pretty upset to see it go. There was some good mods on there and it was a good site so I'm sure a lot of other people will feel the same way about it shutting down. 

So then, what do you think about it closing and do you think the new site is as good?
