Are you using ELS? Any graphics mod? How many modded cars to you have installed in your game?

v5 ELS and i have 4 modded cruisers..just started happening now. been playing it for a while with the same modded cars and no graphic mod

Well I did have this problem as well. It is because you have the modded cruisers, let me guess, that means that you have police and police2 modded? That can be the cause when calling for noose backup. ELS doesn't work well with modded police and police2. And to add on further, when you call for noose back-up, that really mixes up the game causing it to crash. So, now, just try replacing your vehicles.img with your backup of the Original vehicles.img and run GTAIV, see how that works when you call for backup, then if it does, try modding FBI slots and noose slots only, as I said, it is a risk if you mod police or police2 with ELS installed......it's a common problem by the way......

i asked for noose backup and it worked but thandid it 10 min later and am now gettin just a straight app crash error..i did download the new v6 of els

ELS V6 kept crashing my game so I just went to version 5 about and hour ago and the only crash my game has now is the same one with noose back up. From what I understand, a number of other people have had problems with ELS V6 and said they went back to ELS V5 and have had significantly fewer problems. You may want to stay with version 5.

Posting your event logs aren't going to help much, diagnostic reports from the official g17 tool are more useful.

However if these are just one off crashes every now and then, particularly with NOOSE, most people experience them infrequently and if they aren't persistently ruining your game then I wouldn't worry too much about them.

It's likely due to the game having trouble handling the cars it has to spawn when you call noose backup (can be your noose, polpatriot or fbi cars) if they are high poly or require ELS.
