DEP won't allow GTA to run when LCPDFR is installed

Hi,

 

I recently installed LCPDFR 1.0d and I can not get my game to even start. I launch GTA using the proper shortcut, have tried logging into social club and playing offline, but the SecuROM launcher will close, the LCPDFR tool will open up saying it is searching for a savegame, and I will get the "GTA Has crashed unexpectedly" Windows problem. Once I click end program, the little DEP icon message pops up on my toolbar. I have disabled DEP for everything except essential services, done clean installs of both GTA and LCPDFR, and it is still crashing. GTA runs fine by itself, but I think it is the LCPDFR Diagnostic tool and Error reporter that are the problem. Any help?
