Anyone know what Bad IL range exception is?

 

All other scripts works fine just when I try to activate LCPDFR (ALT+P) I end up crashing to desktop (In game the last message is Error in script LCPDFR_Loader.PublicScript).  My computer is Windows 8.1 Pro (x64) and I run game as administrator.
